If, after every efforts, your kit is still not working, we provide a Repair Service that will fix it for you.
First you will need to contact us and give us a description of your problem.
We will reply to you indicating the return procedure.
Next you will have to send us your defective unit.
We will inform you of the estimated cost before we do anything. The repair cost is based on an hourly fee of 59.00€ (+ VAT if appl.) plus the price of the components to be replaced if there are any.
After getting your agreement, we will fix the issue.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
