How to Order
You can choose whether or not you want to create an account. An account will store your data in case of future purchases.
To place an order you must :
- On the website, select the products you want to purchase and click on the "Add to cart" button. When your order is completed click on the "Checkout" button.
- Fill the personal information page. You can add comments to your order in the "Additional information" field. When ready, click on the "Checkout" button.
- Select a payment option. Click on the "Checkout" button.
- Select a shipping option. Click on the "Checkout" button.
- Check total. If everything is correct, click on the "Checkout" button.
You will immediately receive an automatic order confirmation email.
VAT and taxes
All customers from European Union will be charged for their local VAT.
Customers from non European countries will not be charged for VAT but are responsible for paying their own country taxes.
If you are a European company with a valid VAT number, you can purchase goods without VAT: Create a customer account and fill in your VAT Id number in the corresponding field. After verification, we will give your account an access to VAT free prices.
Payment
The payments are made via Paypal. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, eCHECK are accepted.
You may also pay with a wire transfer to our bank account .
For French customers we accept personal checks.
The goods will be shipped after your payment has actually been credited to our account. You must allow for 3 to 10 business days depending on the country and the mode of payment.
A PDF invoice will be emailed when we ship the products.
Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries via DHL or UPS.
The goods are insured during shipping against loss or damage. Any damages must be checked on delivery and in case of serious damages, the parcel should be refused.
Be aware that the shipping costs calculated on our website do not include local country taxes.
We will provide a tracking number that will allow you to track your package.
