Title: eqp510 5dB drop in level once engaged with all pot values at 0

Just as it states in the subject, when I have signal going through the unit in bypass, the signal is normal. But when I engage the unit, the green led aluminates but signal drops 5 dB.

All the controls work on the front panel as they should.

Whatever could be the issue? :-\

Please let me know what I could check or test. Or if this points to a super obvious solution.

Check the usual suspects and try to follow the signal as described here (https://www.soundskulptor.com/forum/index.php?topic=21.0).
The makeup gain is defined by R13/R12. Check their value.

It was a bad solder joint on the output transformer.  All is good on this one.
