Title: VAC output reads 0

Hi it's me again. I'm having similar VAC output reading issues with my 502 as well; very low (around .130VAC) readings. I'm starting to think there may be a bad IC somewhere. Any help is always appreciated!

Check if you can measure the input signal on R1-right pin, against 0V.
Next, same thing on TP1

After reflowing the components, I was able to get a proper reading. LA502 is up and running, properly calibrated. Thanks!!
