Title: Output of device is very low

Hi JP, 

I followed your troubleshooting instructions and I traced the signal with a 2VAC sine wave going through the unit. my reading at TP1 was about 1.4V which is close enough to what it should be. However, at TP2 the voltage reading was 0V. What do you suppose the issue is?
