MP566 Tube microphone preamplifier / Small Discrepancy

Hello,

I've noticed that the layout says C21 is 1u63v while the parts list says 1u100v (and the part seems to match the parts list).  

Just wanted to bring this to your attention.

MP566 Tube microphone preamplifier / Input measures and looks (signal LED) great, but zero output?

Hi everyone,

Just finished up my first of two MP566s today.  The signal seems to work exactly as expected.  However, there is absolutely zero output.  Not even any noises.  Any idea what I should check first?  Is it possible to install the output transformer backwards?  I didn't think the pins were symmetrical, but maybe they are.
