Hello there,

I am just building my first 500 series DIY kit. Its the CP5176 and it goes very good so far.
I just Soldered the ICs on the main pcb U1 and U2. I noticed that I kind of bridged the upper two pins on the left side of the IC U1 (When the nodge is facing north) with the Resistor 25. I thought it was due to bad soldering But now I an wondering if this is intended!?

Is that normal?

I Hope you can help me.

I am really looking forward to finish this. =)

Thanks in advance

Cheers Spion

The pins 1 & 2 of U1 (next to the white dot) are connected together with R25. Normal!
