 :-\ Ugh be warned UK buyers. I just bought this kit and was charged £73 in customs fees by DHL! Gutted and f#%k Brexit  >:(  :o

73 Pounds? Are these really customs fees or maybe import sales tax and DHL’s processing fees? What was your net amount? And did you order the kit or the assembled unit? Just curious...

YEah £62 VAT and £11 'payment deferment risk' whatever that is. Bought the kit at 299 euros, wish I had bought before Brexit a couple of weeks ago. Anyway, still looking forward to the kit!

If you had bought the kit before Brexit, you would have paid 60 Euros of French VAT anyway (unless you are a company).
So the Brexit cost is the £11 DHL fee for the customs clearing.

Ah ok, haha I'm making this into a bigger deal than it is then. I read that the new EU deal would not charge VAT on imports for goods worth less than £390 which is one of the reasons I bought and thats why it felt like a sting. So much conflicting info out there
