I went through all of the setup guide and everything checks out for the most part my question is in step 6 when you raise the output pot and it’s supposed to go to 9V or more… is there a too much on the more side? Mine rose to above 20v is this ok? The only other thing that seems off to me is that my meter runs a little hot. I can only adjust it down to roughly 6.5-7 db of gain reduction.

Now that I have passed audio through it there is a ringing when initially switched from bypass to in sounds kind of like
Feedback. Any thoughts on any of these things?  Thanks in advanced for your help!

Mine rose to above 20v is this ok?
The maximum output voltage, corresponding to a full clipping signal, almost square, is about 12VAC.

Can you do the voltage checks shown in the first post of this thread?
